10/03/16: Stay well this winter and health promotion talk at Age UK,12-1 pm,  Greenford Community Centre
16/03/16: Green Doctor talk and fuel bills surgery, 11am-12 pm, Perivale Community Centre
23/03/16: Mental health awareness talk at The Hope Church, Rendezvous cafe, Perivale 12-1 pm

Hope & Wellbeing Project: Jan – March 2016 FREE courses for Ealing residents aged 19+

If you think you would benefit from some courses that promote your overall wellbeing, then Ealing Adult Learning may be able to help!

Do you sometimes feel that life and/or work are getting you down and that you are struggling to cope? You may also work with or know someone who is struggling to cope and dealing with issues in their lives and would like to understand them better and help. The courses vary from one-off workshops to those that run for a number of weeks, and include Mindfulness, Stress Management, Relaxation, Getting a Good Night’s Sleep, Shared Reading for Wellbeing, Moving and Improving, Understanding Depression and Anxiety and many others. They are happy to provide courses which are tailor-made to specific groups.
